(it is mandatory for all students and parents to know and understand these rules)
Student must come to school in time and attend the assembly and Classes regularly. The school gate will be locked after 7.40 A.M to 1:30 P.M and during recess. It is obligatory on the part of the student to bring the diary every day and note down the home assignment regularly. As the medium of instruction is English, Students should converse in English in the school Premises to improve speaking ability.
All the students must come to school in the prescribed uniform on school days including all functions and observation days.
Short leave will not be allowed to the students except sickness.
All the students should bring with them only books, exercise copies, compass box, Tiffin, water bottle. Students will not be allowed to wear jeweller, wrist watch. Cell phone is not allowed while coming to school for studying. The school takes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of such articles.
A student suffering from any communicable disease shall not come to school.
75% attendance is essential to be eligible to appear in the Annual examination.
The books and notebooks should be covered only with brown sheets.
We advise to use only prescribed note book by the school.
Silence is to be observed throughout the school hours and also during charge of their activities.
The students are expected to keep the hair tidy neat and well combed. Girls plait their hair they must not wear fancy hair clips and earnings. Boys must have their hair cut regularly. No student shall be exempted from Physical exercise and games without a Doctor Certificate and Prior approval of school authorities.
Nail should be trimmed regularly and use of nail polish is not allowed.
No special test or examination will be held for the absentees under any circumstances.
Promoters will be decided by the school authorities and hence the results are final and can’t be reconsidered under any circumstances.
Parent’s requested to note the visiting hour 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. for meeting the Principal on every working day.

Parents who seek information and who wish to make some complain should do so to the principal and not to the teacher, and are requested not to enter the class rooms and speak to the teachers during school hours. Complaints will not be entertained over phone. Please switch off your cell phone before entering the school campus.
Parents are requested to watch carefully the child’s progress in various tests conducted by the school and if deemed necessary, meet the principal for the clarification and advice.
Students who do not attend school for the first day after the summer, the Puja and winter vacation are liable to be suspended from classes. Prior permission for absence should be obtained.
Students should not be absent from the school without obtaining prior permission of the Principal through the class teacher. In case of sickness where prior permission is not possible, the parents will send an application on the day the student fall sick. Habitual absenteeism for 30 days on the part of student will result in the expulsion of the offender.
Uniform should be strictly checked up in accordance with the prescribed pattern and shape. Difference in design, colour, patch, button, flap, emblem etc. will not be permitted.
Students should neither arrive at the school much earlier nor after the Assembly. Late-comers are not allowed in the classes. The school will not be responsible for students after a school hour is over.
Damages to school property will be viewed seriously and will be charge heavy penalty.
Habitual negligence in attending class or doing homework, misconduct, malpractice in the examinations, misbehavior with the teachers, Staff and others students will cause serious action.
The class rooms and school premises are to be kept clean. Students must walk quietly in line while going to their activities will be viewed seriously.
Library
School Library and Reading Room
A well-furnished library full of text books, reference books, journals, encyclopedia of different subjects which inculcate reading habit among students and help them to update their knowledge. There is provision of magazines and periodicals with open-shelf facility for students and staff. The teachers encourage the students to use the ever growing school library.
RULES OF SCHOOL LIBRARY
Students must maintain absolute silence in the library book lost/torn must be informed to the library teacher case of loss or damaged, the full of the book along fine will be charged from the borrower. Library books will be issued during the class-wise library period. Library books must be returned within the stipulated period.
